Philipp graduated from ICE's Culinary Arts program in 2012. He externed at Barbuto before being hired as a line cook there, then working as a line cook at Sutton Inn. He returned to Barbuto for a sous chef position and was promoted to chef de cuisine shortly after. In 2016, he returned to ICE as the lead chef for our special events, occasionally helping Barbuto events when needed. Students frequently volunteer with Chef Philipp in the demo kitchen where ICE hosts events most evenings throughout the year.
