Biography

Samantha Stubbs-Wirtz brings a blend of creative production, hospitality leadership, and entrepreneurial experience to her role as an instructor in ICE’s Restaurant & Culinary Management program. An alumna of the program, she pairs formal training with hands-on management experience in cafés and bakeries.

She co-founded Post Everything Productions, a boutique film and television company, where she developed expertise in budgeting, logistics, and team coordination—skills that translate directly to hospitality management. She later served as General Manager at Alfred Coffee, Big Sugar Bakeshop, and The Blue Stove.

As an instructor, Samantha emphasizes consistency, personalization, and practical execution, helping students turn creative ideas into viable hospitality businesses.
