Dual Diploma

Combine Business and Culinary Expertise To Maximize Your Opportunities

Students and alumni have the opportunity to receive a tuition discount when starting a second program or course.

Earning Two Diplomas at the Institute of Culinary Education

A strong foundation of professional techniques is invaluable to career growth in the culinary industry. However, a long-term career often means continued education to further refine skills and expand knowledge. It's for this reason we offer a variety of options for students looking to round out their education by earning two diplomas or enrolling in a continuing education course. Whether looking to gain exposure to the management aspect of running a kitchen, opening a food or hospitality business, or honing a specific skill such as bread baking, cake decorating or sommelier training, students and alumni have the opportunity to receive a tuition discount when starting in a second program or course.

An array of schedule options means you can gain efficiency by taking two classes at once, or return as an alumni upon realizing you have a specific professional development need. We're committed to helping our students and alumni thrive throughout their career.

Qualifying for the Institute's Dual Diploma Discount

Current students and alumni enrolling in a second career program or a select continuing education course (Artisan Bread Baking, Intensive Sommelier Training, or The Art of Cake Decorating) will receive a discount on the tuition of the second enrollment. Contact your Admissions Representative for more details.

This dual diploma discount is available for select programs and courses at our New York and Los Angeles campuses. Students interested in earning an Associate Degree in Culinary Arts, Health-Centered Culinary Arts or Pastry & Baking Arts can do so at our LA campus with a curriculum that includes culinary arts, culinary management and general education classes.
