Beyond the kitchen, Chef Jessie has cultivated her entrepreneurial spirit, owning a catering company and co-founding Food Startup Help, a consultancy leveraging her management and IT skills to assist burgeoning specialty food businesses with everything from kitchen design to operational efficiency.
