Biography

Chef Roger is ICE's Lead Recreational Chef Instructor. With incisive leadership and clarity of vision, Chef Roger creates, implements and manages a majority of the Institute's recreational cooking classes. His more than 15-year teaching career includes roles at Atelier Sucre, Cozy Meal, Camaje and Abigail's Kitchen. Chef Roger has also worked in restaurants in New Jersey including The Ryland Inn and The Mountainville Pastry Shop; has owned and operated his own catering company, Sweet Sensations; and was a Culinary Specialist at Williams Sonoma managing their culinary classes. Chef Roger's career is defined by culinary excellence, extensive experience and a deep passion for teaching. Together, these ensure you'll gain a deeper understanding of cooking to help you become your best inner chef.
