Biography

Chef Danielle Wasserman is a leader in health-centered cooking, bringing a strong foundation in nutrition and wellness to her role as Chef-Instructor at ICE’s Los Angeles campus. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Food and Nutrition and completed her culinary training at the Natural Gourmet Institute for Health & Culinary Arts.

Her career includes community nutrition work, hospital teaching kitchens, and the founding of her own culinary wellness business, Garden Groove Kitchen LLC. Prior to ICE, she led hands-on cooking programs focused on accessible, nutritious, and seasonal cooking.

At ICE, Chef Wasserman guides students through the Health-Centered Culinary Arts curriculum, integrating nutrition science with professional culinary technique.
