Chef Jose Baca comes to ICE from Santa Anita Turf Club where he is the Executive Sous Chef. Chef Baca has 18 years of culinary experience and has worked for Sheraton Hotel, Rikas Peruvian Cuisine, LAX Los Angeles, Westmont Hospitality Group, Marriott Hotel, Loews Hollywood Hotel, and Renaissance Hotel.
Chef Baca Holds a B.A. in Business Management, and A.A. in Culinary Arts from Le Cordon Bleu College Culinary Arts, Los Angeles.
He has been with The Institute of Culinary Education Los Angeles since July 2022.
