Biography

Chef István Tóth is a culinary professional with more than 20 years of experience across fine dining, high-volume kitchens, private catering, and international training. Raised in Hungary, he earned his culinary degree from Le Cordon Bleu before completing advanced training in Italy and launching his career in the United States.

His experience includes leadership roles at Eataly, Catch, Davio’s Northern Italian Steakhouse, BOA Steakhouse, and the Jonathan Club. Today, he serves as a Chef-Instructor at ICE’s Los Angeles campus while operating his own catering company, LIT Cuisine.

Known for his calm leadership and precision, Chef István emphasizes classical technique, professionalism, and respect for ingredients.
