The Pastry & Baking Arts program consists of 610 instructional hours. Students are in the classroom for 400 hours and on their externships for 210 hours, acquiring real-world experience in the pastry arts. To provide the utmost flexibility, we run many different schedule options for our Pastry & Baking Arts diploma, including morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend schedules.

Enrolling in our Culinary Management program in addition to either the Culinary Arts or Pastry & Baking Arts programs gives you the opportunity to “double major” and gain two diplomas, bringing you knowledge and expertise in both while offering valuable tuition incentives.
The ICE Double Diploma program offers you the option to efficiently develop your culinary skills and earning potential, offering a savings of 10% on the Culinary Management or Hospitality Management prgrams when combined with a Culinary Arts or Pastry & Baking Arts program.
