Meet the Culinary Entrepreneurs

Part of the ongoing ICE lecture series on culinary business strategy

Meet the Culinary Entrepreneurs is an exclusive ICE lecture series featuring some of America's top food business experts.

The sessions — held throughout the year at both ICE campuses and online on the ICE YouTube channel — introduce students and the public to the world’s leading culinary entrepreneurs, restauranteurs, specialty food retailers, caterers and other culinary business proprietors who have established highly regarded national and international brands. The ongoing series was designed to complement ICE’s diploma in Restaurant & Culinary Management program, which trains students with career goals of owning or operating a restaurant or other food businesses.

An ICE faculty or staff member moderates each of the discussions, which focus on the wisdom and candid experiences of each culinary entrepreneur. These exclusive ICE lectures provide our students with the opportunity to get in-person advice from some of the industry’s most influential leaders. No matter your career goals, the wealth of knowledge these experts possess is valuable for any student who wants to learn more about culinary business strategy or how to launch their own culinary ventures.

These lectures are free for current ICE students and alumni.
