Our hands-on cooking events are perfect for corporate entertaining, team building, closing dinners, press events and product launches, or for personal celebrations such as birthdays, anniversary parties, bridal showers, rehearsal dinners or special reunions.

ICE's exclusive events are educational, flavorful and fun!

Elvis Duran and his iHeart Radio team make sushi at ICE.A typical event is approximately 3.5 hours and begins with a 30- to 45-minute reception featuring passed hors d’oeuvres or a tasting table. After your guests enjoy some light bites with a drink from the bar, our highly trained chefs will invite your group to put on aprons and hats for the cooking portion of the event. We'll put your guests to work while they learn skills, tips and techniques in a fun, interactive environment. The memorable and delectable activities culminate in an hour-long private dining experience. ICE's signature hospitality will leave your guests with a lasting impression — we’ll even do the dishes! Virtual Events Now Available!

We may not be able to book, plan and execute your live event with pandemic capacity restrictions, but we can now offer online events with the same benefits!

Our new private cooking classes range from 1 to 2 hours with live, professional chef instruction via Zoom. You will get an opportunity to see and interact with your group, connect with them, learn new cooking skills, ask questions as we go, plus go more in-depth with a Q&A session at the end of the class, and enjoy a 10-15 minute hang out after your guided demonstration.

Love tacos and ever wondered how they are made? You belong to this class. Chef Frank Proto will work with you in a few simple steps and to make wonderful edible wraps to carry some of your all-time favorite taco fillings.
