Crucial Business Classes

Your culinary aspirations may lead to managing, owning or starting a business. ICE offers the chance to pair an “arts” program and a “business” program to earn a dual diploma in either Culinary Arts, Plant-Based Culinary Arts, Pastry & Baking Arts and Restaurant & Culinary Management. There are even tuition incentives for enrolling in two programs. ICE Los Angeles also offers a hybrid associate degree program, where students can pursue their ambitions with an education that combines hands-on cooking or baking fundamentals in the kitchen classroom with management training and general education courses of our business programs.
