Our premier recreational cooking school debuts online versions of consistently sold-out classes with new menus and professional chef instruction via live video.
The Institute of Culinary Education's recreational division is known for offering hundreds of cooking, baking, beverage and professional development classes per season for thousands of people per year. Starting in 2020, we added free online cooking classes for home cooks of all levels.
The date of our next virtual cooking class is coming soon!
- Register on Eventbrite for the desired class. Sign up for as many as you like!
- Upon registration, you will receive a confirmation email with the YouTube link to the virtual class.
- A link to download the recipe will be included in the confirmation email or sent out before each class.
- Only the chef will be visible on video, and you will have the opportunity to type questions during a Q&A.
- Click the YouTube link at the time of class and enjoy!
