Join us on May 7th as we welcome Sam Lipp, Director of Operations of Make it Nice, to speak to our Restaurant & Culinary Management students for our ongoing business lecture series, Meet the Culinary Entrepreneurs. Make it Nice, the restaurant group led by acclaimed chef Daniel Humm, includes such restaurants as Eleven Madison Park, The NoMad and Made Nice. Sam will share the ins-and-outs of his role at Make it Nice, as well as more on his path to one of the most important restaurant groups in New York City.
