David Turk, president and founder of Indiana Market & Catering, leads this five-day, hands-on seminar at The Institute of Culinary Education that takes participants in-the- trenches as they learn the secrets to a successful catering business. The course will be offered exclusively at ICE® from March 13th -17th and is $995. A second session will in the summer, from July 10th-14th.

After four days of classes, they'll work with a chef to prepare and fine tune an innovative menu and oversee an entire event. David will work with class members on every detail of the party and will help them discovering their maximum potential. "The catering business is growing by leaps and bounds in America, and yet there are few places to learn how it's done," said ICE® president, Rick Smilow
