Joe Goldin considered ICE his home away from home. He single-handedly attended more recreational classes per year than any other customer, easily over 100 classes each year.
We often saw Joe here two to three times in a week. He always came prepared in his black chef’s coat, eager and enthusiastic to learn new techniques, cuisines, and dishes. ICE's many Chef Instructors and staff miss him dearly. We are honored to have known him and he will be sorely missed by the entire team here.
