Find yourself under the Tuscan sun this summer with this gastronomic journey to Italy. Chef-Instructor and culinary school owner, Daniel Rosati, will take you through a menu of regional dishes which will include Homemade Ricotta Crostini with Roasted Tomatoes; Summer Farro Salad Grilled Stuffed Veal Chops with Smoky Caramelized Onions; Herb Roasted Potatoes; Grilled Zucchini with Salsa Verde; Raspberry Almond Crostata. Particpants will receive a signed copy of Chef Daniel's book, La Villa Cucina, to take home.
