Although coffee is one of the most consumed beverages in the world, we rarely stop to consider what goes into the perfect cup. ICE is proud to be partnered with Nespresso and to offer their twelve Grand Cru blends school wide. Nespresso coffee specialist Tony Kim will discuss how the beans are cultivated in India, the synergy between coffee and wine, and what goes into a quality cup of espresso. He will host a tasting of Nespresso's different coffee varieties as well as desserts which incorporate their grand cru coffees. Free for current career students and alumni; General public $30.
