Ever have that moment where you try a recipe and think, "That's genius!" Food52's senior editor, Kristen Miglore certainly has. Which led her to create the website's recurring feature, "Genius Recipes" where each week she unearths stellar recipes and shares her adaptations for readers. For this class Kristen has chosen a selection from the collection that you'll certainly think are nothing short of genius. On your menu: Virginia Willis' Deviled Eggs; Roberto Santibañez's Classic Guacamole; Crook's Corner's Green Peach Salad; Al Forno's Penne with Tomato, Cream and Five Cheeses; Marcella Hazan's Tomato Sauce with Onion and Butter; Yotam Ottolenghi's Sweet Corn Polenta with Eggplant and Sauce; Barbara Kafka's Simplest Roast Chicken; Hervé This' Chocolate Mousse; The River Café's Strawberry Sorbet; and Alice Medrich's New Clasic Coconut Macaroons. Each person will receive a batch of Nekisia Davis' Olive Oil and Maple Granola to take home.
