She formerly worked at top restaurants including Sign of the Dove, Cena, Border Grill, Ciudad, Match Uptown, Zocalo, Rosa Mexicano, and Amalia. You'll learn a plethora of Mexican highlights along with Chef Ivy's distinctive twists as you make: Agua de Jamaica (Hibiscus Agua Fresca); Watercress, Jicama, and Orange Salad with Jalepeno-Honey Lime Vinaigrette; Baja-Style Pescado Tacos with Spicy Cabbage Slaw and Chipotle Aioli; and Prickly Pear Tres Leches Cake.
