Whether its a bustling, highly-regarded restaurant, an artisanal bread bakery, a trendy food magazine or a luxury hotel, we'll help you get there.

ICE alumni land careers inside and outside the kitchen

Careers Inside and Outside the Kitchen

ICE alumni have gone on to executive chef, pastry chef, sous chef, baker, chef de cuisine and garde manager positions inside the kitchen. Many become chef-owners, restaurateurs and general managers. Outside the kitchen, career opportunities range from journalism to retail, catering or event management. ICE graduates are succeeding in beverage and mixology positions, marketing, research and private cooking.
