About Christopher Tompkins:

Christopher Tompkins, founder and owner of Broad Street Oyster Company, has always been driven to the waves. Born in New York, he developed a love for the ocean and its fare at an early age. After living in Boston, Sydney and Brooklyn, Tompkins settled into Los Angeles and cultivated his long gesticulating passion project - Broad Street Oyster Company - in 2017.

About Broad Street Oyster Company:

Broad Street Oyster Company, which began as a roaming catering pop-up, established its flagship location in Malibu, CA in 2019 and was met with a fervor of global fanfare for the brand's throwback surfy-rockabilly vibes and quality seafood specialties, including a world-famous lobster roll adorned with sea urchin and caviar. The concept has since expanded across the Southern California coast with additional locations in Downtown Los Angeles and Santa Barbara, CA. The Broad Street Oyster Company is expected to open locations in San Francisco's Ghirardelli Square later this year and Huntington Beach this summer.
