Our Cutting-Edge Campuses in New York City and Los Angeles
New York City’s oldest culinary school is now its newest. In May 2015, ICE relocated from our longtime home in Chelsea to 225 Liberty Street in Brookfield Place. Our Lower Manhattan location extends across 74,000 square feet, with Hudson River views to the west and World Trade Center views to the east.
In January 2018, ICE opened a west coast campus in the historic Playhouse District of Pasadena, California, a vibrant cultural and academic hub of Los Angeles County. ICE Los Angeles features 38,000 square feet of educational and administrative space, with seven fully equipped teaching kitchens filled with cutting edge kitchen equipment.
ICE’s spacious demonstration kitchens, mixology centers and reception spaces make ICE an ideal choice for influential culinary organizations and corporate entertaining. Our professionally-equipped kitchens have hosted video and TV crews, filming on location at ICE. Google and Apple executives, producers from "Top Chef" and "The Apprentice," and even former NYC mayor Bloomberg have met, entertained or taped segments in ICE’s New York event space.
