Priscila Brunsfeld moved to New York City to study at ICE. There, she took courses with Master Cake Decorator Toba Garrett and enrolled in the full-time Pastry & Baking Arts program to perfect her skills. She completed her externship with ICE alum Elisa Strauss at Confetti Cakes. She returned to her native Brazil to start her business, Make the Cake and now is the Pastry Chef of Sweet Silver Spoon. She also teaches classes on cake decorating and works as a consultant.
