The entrepreneurs behind New York City's cookie bakery with a cult following will share their paths to success and approach to management with ICE students and anyone aspiring to develop a food concept. Levain Bakery debuted on the Upper West Side in 1995 and has grown to eight locations with nationwide shipping, event ordering and corporate gifting. The company has even expanded to selling frozen cookies at a dozen grocery stores.
