Uruguayan-born Ignacio Mattos is the Chef and Founder of Mattos Hospitality, which is comprised of the quintessential New York City restaurants one-Michelin-starred Estela, Altro Paradiso, Lodi and Corner Bar. A cookbook author and Esquire's chef of the year in 2017, Chef Ignacio is known for his modern American cuisine that also offers flavors of Spain, Italy and his native Uruguay.
