Mediterranean Diet Roundtable at ICE Day 1
The Mediterranean Diet Roundtable is a collaboration with acclaimed Chef Maria Loi that promotes an appreciation of Mediterranean cuisine and lifestyle.
Enjoy two days of fun with experts on Mediterranean cuisine. Attendees can expect tastings from around 20 producers showcasing their products. Day one will also include presentations on spices with Chef Joshua Holmes, extra-virgin olive oil with David Neuman and whole grains with ICE's Director of Nutrition, Celine Beitchman.
