About Chef Diana:
Chef Diana was born and raised in Bogota, Colombia, and grew up surrounded by a nutritious and beautiful environment. Her family there is farm and restaurant-oriented, which gave her a love and passion for the food business. At a young age she went on to travel, living in Mexico and Canada where she discovered new cultures and tasted new cuisines.
When she arrived in Los Angeles, her passion bloomed while learning from chef mentors at Wolfgang Puck, Soho House and Tender Greens. After 18 years of restaurant experience, Chef Diana created and co-founded her own private chef company, The Food Healing Concept. Its focus is to help people expand their knowledge on the ingredients in their daily diets and to create balanced meals designed to help specific needs.
She studied plant-based nutrition at Cornell University, culinary arts at Los Angeles Culinary School, dietary wellness at Holistic Arts Institute, and has a BS in Industrial Engineering.
