Free Virtual Cooking Class

Join the Institute of Culinary Education for a free, virtual cooking class focusing on chicken fabrication on Thursday, May 30. Follow along with Culinary Arts Chef-Instructor Leif Evans as he demonstrates two methods of breaking down a chicken and cooks two recipes: Poulet Sauté Chasseur (hunter-style sautéed chicken) and a classic seared chicken breast with a pan sauce. The class will begin at 6:30pm ET and run for about 90 minutes. A link to download the recipe packet and ingredient list will be available in the registration confirmation email. For those who can’t attend live, a recording of the lesson will be available to registered participants following the class.
