Annual Congress - Académie Culinaire de France (US/Canada Delegation)
Students are invited to attend chef presentations from members of the Académie Culinaire de France representing the U.S. and Canadian delegations.
There are two sessions: one in the morning between 10:15 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.; and one in the afternoon 1:30 p.m. and 3:00 p.m.
The morning chef presentations will be on the French Chef Handbook and Pâté en Croûte. The afternoon presentations will be on chocolate and pairing wines with cheeses.
Fifty French chefs from North America will be in attendance, so this is a great to meet highly experience professionals who are part of an organization that's nearly 150 years old. To learn more about the Académie Culinaire de France, click here.
