Stephanie De La Paz
Stephanie De La Paz has over five years of professional baking and pastry chef experience. She's worked in a variety of culinary venues including restaurants, a catering company and even in a theme park.
Chef De La Paz studied baking and pastry arts at Cerritos College before pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Nevada Las Vegas. She has worked as a production kitchen baker and cook at Universal Studios, as a lead baker at Ralph Brennan's Jazz Kitchen and as a pastry chef at Zuma Japanese Restaurant, Cipriani Las Vegas, The Blind Pig and KMR Luxury Catering.
Chef De La Paz has been working at ICE since 2022.
