TZ Hospitality Advisors (TZHA) is a consulting and strategy firm specializing in the food, beverage and hospitality industries. Founded by Omri Green, a 14-year veteran of Danny Meyer’s Union Square Hospitality Group (USHG), TZHA specializes in a holistic approach to new concept development, refining and growing existing concepts, and owner’s representation for food and beverage matters within various business sectors.
Omri Green most recently served as Director of Special Projects for Union Square Events (USE), USHG’s Catering and Venue Hospitality business. He was responsible for guiding USE’s strategic growth through new business development as well as directing USHG’s consulting relationships. In his previous capacity at USE, Omri was Operations Manager, responsible for event operations logistics, the beverage program, USE facility management, and large scale special event projects. Omri began his career with the Union Square Hospitality Group in 2003, where he helped launch Blue Smoke Catering.
