

Biography
Tracy Wilk is a celebrated New York City-based pastry chef, culinary instructor, and author. A graduate of the University of Central Florida and the Natural Gourmet Institute, Tracy has led pastry departments at acclaimed restaurants including ABC Kitchen and David Burke Kitchen.
Formerly the Lead Recreational Instructor at the Institute of Culinary Education (ICE), Tracy is also the founder of the global #BakeItForward movement, which began by delivering treats to frontline workers and evolved into a charitable cookbook benefiting City Harvest. Recognized as one of FSR Magazine’s "40 Under 40 Rising Stars," she is a frequent contributor to Epicurious and has been featured on Good Morning America and in The New York Times.
