Vinhos Verdes Masterclass

Discover Portugal’s most refreshing and versatile wine region in an interactive session led by Laura Maniec, MS, owner of Corkbuzz. Students will explore the history, terroir and native grape varieties of the Vinhos Verdes region while tasting a curated selection that ranges from youthful, aromatic whites to structured, age-worthy styles.

The session will highlight the wines’ hallmark freshness, vibrant acidity and diverse textures—qualities that make them ideal pairings for everything from delicate seafood and fresh salads to bold, spicy dishes. Students will leave with fresh inspiration on how Vinhos Verdes can elevate culinary creativity across global traditions.

Students will taste seven wines, with cheese and crackers provided.
