Masterclass: Olive Oil Tasting
Join Susan Julia of Susan Julia Olive Oil for a guided tasting of five single-origin extra virgin olive oils and a discussion of different production methods, tasting practices, and quality characteristics.
There will also be a raffle featuring a variety of EVOO products, and all attendees will receive a complimentary organic olive oil lip balm.

Susan Julia, founder of Susan Julia Olive Oil, is an olive oil sommelier, professional olive oil taster, certified olive oil specialist, and culinary consultant.
With a background in design and specialty food, Susan previously founded Staging Grace, where she provided event design, planning, menu development, and production for commercial clients and nonprofits. She also worked as a lifestyle design contributor and set designer for media outlets including The Today Show and Southern Living Magazine. Her passion for cooking and recipe development led to over 15 years working with artisan food producers from Italy on importing, brand development, and marketing. Susan went on to study extra virgin olive oil at leading schools in Italy, NY and Australia, earning certifications from four internationally recognized programs- ONAOO, EVOOSchool, Savantes, and Olive Oil Times- as a professional olive oil taster and sommelier.
Today, through Susan Julia Olive Oil, she teaches at culinary institutions, and educates consumers, industry professionals, doctors, wellness groups, and corporate clients through immersive tastings, curated dinners, and educational experiences designed to elevate every occasion.
