Pastry Chef Garry Larduinat is the Executive Pastry Chef at Wolfgang Puck Catering, where he creates stunning, imaginative desserts for high-profile events. He trained in Michelin-starred kitchens and worked with acclaimed pastry chef François Payard in New York before bringing his talent to Los Angeles. Known for his artistic presentations and inventive flavor combinations, Garry has gained a following of over 200,000 on Instagram, where he shares his process of turning desserts into edible art.
