ICE Presents: Disneyland Culinary Program Demo

Disney chefs Clint Chin and Fredy Garcia will host a live cooking demo featuring a surprise dish. Students can meet the chefs, learn more about the Disney Culinary Program, and enjoy a one-of-a-kind experience. Don’t miss it!

About Chef Clint Chin:

Chef Clint Chin brings a passion for storytelling through food, shaped by his training at the renowned Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Institute and a deep appreciation for wine and classic French technique. Known for his imaginative menus and commitment to excellence, Clint has a gift for inspiring culinary teams and creating unforgettable dining experiences.

Before stepping into his current role, Clint led the kitchen as Chef de Cuisine at the legendary Club 33. His culinary journey across the Disneyland Resort includes celebrated locations like 21 Royal and Carthay Circle Restaurant, where his creativity and leadership helped elevate the guest experience to new heights.

About Chef Fredy Garcia:

Chef Fredy Garcia brings over two decades of culinary experience, beginning his journey as a steward at Romano’s Macaroni Grill, where he developed a strong foundation in Italian cuisine and kitchen operations. His passion for food and service led him to The Walt Disney Company, where he advanced from line cook to sous chef at the award-winning Napa Rose.

Certified as a sommelier through Disney, Fredy blends culinary precision with wine expertise to create elevated dining experiences. Known for his commitment to learning and innovation, he inspires teams and contributes to signature dishes that reflect Disney’s dedication to excellence and storytelling through food.
