About Della Gossett:
Della Gossett holds a B.A. in Arts Education and Painting from the University of Illinois and began her pastry career at Trio in Evanston, working with Gale Gand and Shawn McClain. She later worked in New York at Atlas, where she won the Quady Wine and Dessert Pairing Competition.
Gossett spent nearly a decade as pastry chef at the acclaimed Charlie Trotter’s before teaching at The French Pastry School. In 2012, Wolfgang Puck recruited her to lead the pastry program at Spago Beverly Hills. She is a member of Les Dames d’Escoffier and Women Chefs and Restaurateurs, and earned a Silver Medal at the 2012 World Pastry Championship.
