Fermentation Masterclass

Join Yoon Hee Kim for a two-day fermentation masterclass exploring the art and science of kimchi. Participants will be guided step by step through the fermentation process, learning essential techniques, ingredients and best practices for creating flavorful, well-balanced kimchi at home.

Participants must be available for the full two-day session.

More about Yoon Hee Kim:
Yoon Hee Kim is the founder and director of TeaClassics and Tea and Food Arts with Yoon Hee Kim. A tea and  culinary artist, consultant, educator, chef and tea expert with over 20 years of research and practice, she is also an internationally beloved and sought-after instructor. Known as a teacher of teachers, for decades she has guided students and professionals through tea and food  experiences in the United States, Europe and Asia. Her presentations are a feast for the senses. 

Today, Yoon Hee continues to consult on tea and culinary projects, offer custom curated food and tea events  through private and group educational workshops, corporate presentations, cooking classes and seasonal tea  and culinary tours to countries of origin.
