David Chang is the chef and founder of Momofuku. Since opening his first restaurant, Momofuku Noodle Bar, in 2004, he has received six James Beard Awards and developed Majordomo Media in 2018. He is the host of The Dave Chang Show podcast and two Netflix original documentary series. Chef David was GQ’s Chef of the Year in 2007 and a Time 100 honoree in 2010. His cookbook, "Momofuku," is a New York Times bestseller.
