It's Oyster Day at ICE. Join Patrick McMurray, a world champion oyster shucker, chef and author, for a tasting and discussion all about Canadian oysters. You'll get to try over eight different varieties and practice your shucking skills.

Demo Kitchen

Shucker Paddy is coming to ICE for an all-encompassing oyster demo. In 2002 he won the World Championships of Oyster Opening, becoming the only Canadian champion in the event's 60-year history.

He'll be joined by food and travel journalist Michael-Ann Rowe and Canadian oyster farmers for a panel discussion and Q&A about plating techniques, food pairings and what there is to know about merroir.
