2026 Student Culinary Competition

Cheer on the three finalists in ICE’s 2026 Student Culinary Competition as they compete in a live cook-off showcasing their original recipes. A panel of esteemed judges will taste each dish and select a winner, who will receive a $1,000 cash prize!

The finalists are:
•    Pryana Tadepalli: Caramel plantains with honey jerked oyster mushrooms, pickled green papaya, crispy fried plantain garnish and a scotch bonnet sauce
•    Joshua Lee: Pan-Seared Scallops with Goguma Puree, Doenjang Brown Butter Sauce, Gim Bugak, Korean Scallion Salad, Watermelon Radish Kimchi, and Sorrel
•    Helen Bissel: Cold smoked oysters and pine syrup glazed scallops, creamy potato "ocean stones" with dulse, tangy sea beans, Granny Smith, ginger, and Mugolio mignonette
