Co-Living

Combine All-Inclusive Rent and Community

Share a multi-unit building or townhouse with like-minded people in your age range.

An increasingly popular option in New York City's expensive real estate market is co-living: private or shared rooms in group homes. Students are matched with housemates in fully furnished spaces with all-inclusive pricing and community-centered amenities.

ICE partners with co-living communities in Brooklyn, New York offering private and shared rooms in multi-unit buildings and townhouses, typically with a shared kitchen. Students can meet neighbors in similar life stages and be paired with fellow students. An ICE admissions representative will guide you through the search process, so you can start exploring and enjoying your new city. Take advantage of flexible term commitments: six, eight, 10 and 12-month leases are available.

Amenities available:

  • Fully furnished
  • Utilities included
  • Wi-Fi included
  • Short and flexible lease terms available
  • Cleaning services included
  • Community event calendar
  • No broker fee
