On Wednesday, ICE brought together employers from virtually every niche of the food and hospitality industry (catering, large restaurant groups, corporate dining, hotels/resorts and much more) as well as our network of connected alumni, giving our students a chance to network and talk directly to perspective employers. Exhibitors included Abigail Kirsch Culinary Productions, BR Guest Hospitality, Club Med, The Dinex Group, Eataly, Four Seasons Hotel New York, Fourth Wall Restaurants, Fresh Direct, James Beard Foundation, Jean Georges Management, Le Pain Quotidien, Magnolia Bakery, MARC USA, Patina Restaurant Group, Shake Shack, Union Square Hospitality Group, Wegmans, Whole Foods Market, 'wichcraft and more. It was a chance for ICE students and recent alumni to find full-time job opportunities or just want to talk with food-industry professionals, chefs or other grads about future endeavors and gain information and contacts to make their next move as they set out on their careers in the food industry.
