Lorne Feldman

Lorne Feldman didn’t start his career in a kitchen—he started it in psychology. After 13 years as a counselor, he decided to follow a gut feeling, traded his office for an apron, and graduated from the Pastry & Baking Arts program at ICE.

He spent years honing his craft at NYC staples like Soho House, Ceci-Cela, and Patina Group at Rockefeller Center. But Lorne’s true calling has always been the "people" side of the plate. Whether he was serving as the Dean of Students at ICE or teaching at Hot Bread Kitchen and Project Renewal, his mission has been the same: using food as a tool to help people change their lives.
