Brian Konopka is a founder, chef and entrepreneur with experience in hospitality settings ranging from iconic New York City restaurants to three-Michelin-starred dining destinations in Europe. He earned a Culinary Arts degree from the Culinary Institute of America and a business degree from The New England Culinary Institute; has appeared on the INC 5000 list; and is a frequent guest speaker and industry expert across TV, print and digital media outlets. Konopka is the Dean of Restaurant & Culinary Management and Director of Strategic Operations at ICE’s New York campus, where he guides budding food entrepreneurs in the pursuit of their dreams.
