Ann Ziata is a chef and certified sommelier in NYC. Before joining the Institute of Culinary Education faculty in 2018, she was a chef instructor at the Natural Gourmet Institute. Chef Ann’s specialities include farm-to-table and vegetarian cuisines, as well as cooking for people with unique dietary needs. She is a graduate of ICE’s Intensive Sommelier Training and has served wine in Michelin-star restaurants and outdoor dining sheds downtown.
