Four Options, One Comprehensive Education

The Institute of Culinary Education offers students four ways to obtain a hands-on health-centered culinary education:

1. Health-Centered Culinary Arts — Diploma Program
Program Type: In-person classes at ICE's New York or Los Angeles campus.
Duration: 8-13 months 

2. Online Health-Centered Culinary Arts & Food Operations — Diploma Program
Program Type: Asynchronous online classes.**
Duration: 16 months

3. Associate Degree: Health-Centered Culinary Arts & Management
Program Type: In-person classes at ICE's Los Angeles campus and general education classes online.
Duration: 14 months 

4. Associate Degree: Online Health-Centered Culinary Arts & Food Operations
Program Type: Asynchronous online classes.**
Duration: 20 months

While each option appeals to different students for different reasons, all four programs are accredited and focused on the art, theory and technique of cooking for wellness.
