With the final lessons of the program supported by renowned Chef-Instructor Elisa Strauss, you will also learn contemporary designs, airbrushing techniques, painting with precision, novelty cakes, advanced sugar floral work and hand sculpting skills. Finally, at the conclusion of the program, you will have the confidence to tackle any cake project and will present a grand finale of stunning cakes and sugar artistry.
