Student Complaint/Grievance Procedure

ICE encourages students to bring all complaints or grievances about school-related situations to its attention. All complaints will be promptly and fully investigated. The process explained in the New York Campus Catalog and the Los Angeles Campus Catalog is designed to provide a forum for students to address their dissatisfaction with the application of school policies or with interactions with staff, faculty, administrators or other students.
